KALViCK KeDocFlow™ is an Enterprise Document WorkFlow Management Software System Product that caters to an enterprise's document managment and intelligent routing needs. And is Personalised, Collaborative, Enterprise Resource Portal System.
Includes: Feature / Modules for storing any electronic documents such as scanned images, web pages or file attachments from any applications. Essentially this is an electronic library for storing references or any documents.
Each document can be titled and categorized (by user); automatically indexed by the server so that one can easily search by words, creator, dates etc., the search depth is down to the content of the attachments inside the documents. The user may launch a reviewing cycle by controlling how the document is to be reviewed, setting due dates etc. The responses are automatically tracked and kept in the database. Document control such as read/edit access rights can be done at content (i.e. by section or paragraph) or document level, other than the database level.
The owner can assign access rights by selecting from the organization directory (which stores the authorized users information) or expiry date for archiving into the archive database. Prevent/Allow Copy (i.e. disable/enable printing/ forwarding / copying to clipboard) functions add another level of confidentiality to the classified documents.
KeDocFlow™ is Groupware Domino based and uses extensively the J2EE Technologies and Domino Java APIs. It supports multiple installation configuration of Client / Server, Web Thin Client networked environments and equally deployable in Windows & Linux environments
